Recovery isn’t just about staying clean
It’s about rebuilding your mindset
Crown Element's 3 Core Principles
I: Action Based Accountability
I don’t sugarcoat or soften the truth. Real growth demands honesty, ownership, and action. I’ll challenge your excuses, track your progress, and hold you to the standard you say you want to live by: because integrity isn’t optional.
II: Emotional Resilience
Life doesn’t ease up, but you can level up. Together, we’ll build the emotional discipline to handle stress, relationships, and setbacks without slipping into old habits. You’ll learn to stay grounded under pressure and respond with clarity instead of reaction.
III: Forward Momentum
The past shaped you, but it doesn’t define you. Coaching at Crown Element is about direction, not dwelling. We’ll build a structured plan that keeps you aligned with your values and moving forward, one step at a time.
"I would just like to thank Devin Fitzgerald and express my gratitude for his coaching services that helped me through somewhat of a tough experience I can say with completing my recovery program. Definitely provided good counsel in the areas that I was definitely needing to talk about in my recovery. All of the meetings I had with him were very beneficial and I would just recommend anybody in whatever type of path they are in life to seek this kind of counsel because it's always good to seek wise counsel and go from there with decisions in life and in all aspects thank you Devin"

FAQs
Who do you work with?
I work with men in recovery who want more than just sobriety — men ready to rebuild structure, discipline, and direction in their lives. If you’re ready to take ownership and move forward with purpose, you’re in the right place.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy looks backward to heal. Coaching looks forward to build. We’ll talk about challenges, but we won’t camp there. My focus is on accountability, structure, and progress — turning insight into action.
Do I have to be sober to start coaching?
You need to be committed to sobriety. If you’re still using or unsure where you stand, reach out anyway — I’ll help you find the right next step, whether that’s with me or another form of support.
What if I'm not sure coaching is right for me?
Let's talk. Book a free, 20-minute call. No pressure, no sales pitch- just clarity. If I'm not the right fit, I'll point you in a direction that more aligns with your needs.
How are sessions held?
Sessions are held virtually or in-person in Orange County, CA. Whichever keeps you accountable and fully engaged.
How often do we meet?
Most clients meet weekly for approximately 60 minutes. Some start with more frequent sessions to build momentum and then taper down as structure and accountability take root.
What does coaching cost?
My standard rate is $150/hour, or you can choose from my coaching packages starting at $550. I also reserve a few reduced-rate spots each quarter for men who are committed but facing temporary financial constraints. Details
What's the commitment?
Before we start, we’ll put our commitment in writing: a simple agreement for the work ahead. Real change takes time. Most men work with me for 3-6 months. I’ll challenge you, hold you accountable, and walk beside you every step of the way.
What results can I expect?
Expect clarity. Expect challenge. Expect to rebuild your mindset, your structure, and your confidence. Coaching doesn’t fix you — it forges you.
Is this faith-based coaching?
I work with men of all backgrounds. My faith shapes how I lead and the values I bring to coaching, but I don’t push beliefs. If faith matters to you, we’ll integrate it. If not, no problem.
Ready to take the next step?
Whether you’re early in recovery or years sober but feeling stuck, Crown Element Coaching gives men the mindset, accountability, and structure to rise with purpose and resilience.
